Why Use Gellan Gum in Chewing Gum?

Suggested Processing Method

Step 2 — Gum Base Mixing

Combine:

under controlled temperature.


Step 3 — Add Hydrocolloid System

Add gellan gum gradually during mixing.

Step 4 — Cooling and Forming

Cool the mixture.

Shape and package according to product requirements.
